4.1. Physical Products All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
4.2. Digital Downloads & Free Printables - License for Use When you download a digital file or printable from our Site (whether purchased or free), you are not purchasing ownership of the content but are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial use ONLY.
By downloading, you agree to the following terms:
- You may print the files for your own personal use.
- You may not share, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise give away the digital files to anyone else.
- You may not modify the digital files in any way.
- You may not use the digital files or the printed versions of them for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling them or using them to promote your own business.
5. Purchases and Payment
We accept various forms of payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you have read the product description carefully before making a purchase.
Physical Products: For all physical products that have been personalized, the sale is considered final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted. This policy does not apply to products that are delivered in a faulty or damaged condition.
7. Term and Termination
These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON.
